Why do I need the Support PIN?

When you are logged into the customer center, you can request a Support PIN.

This PIN is valid for a maximum of 24 hours and may be requested by our support team if necessary.

 

If you wish to make changes to your account, for example, through a ticket submitted by us, we will ask you for this PIN. We may also request the PIN when speaking to you over the phone.
This process allows us to verify your identity and ensure that we are authorized to make changes on your behalf.

 

Therefore, please never disclose the Support PIN to third parties.
